Return Policy

Mattias Fashion Funwear wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offers a very generous and easy return policy. If you are not satisfied with your returnable item for any reason, simply send it back to us within 7 days after delivery for a store credit. Please note: shipping charges are NOT refundable and we do not accept returns of lingerie or any worn, altered or washed items.

Here's how to return an item:

Monday through Saturday - 10 am to 7 pm
Sunday - 11 am to 5 pm

1. Write the return authorization number on your packing receipt and include the packing receipt along with your return shipment.

2. Pack-up the item, making sure that it is carefully packaged and sealed. It should be addressed to:

3. Ship the package back to us not later than 7 days after delivery. We recommend that you insure your package. We also recommend that you use a shipper that allows you to track your shipment with a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for a lost shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping cost; do not send your package COD.
